How to make a booking request via your client dashboard

  1. Log in with your credentials

  2. Visit the 'Bookings' page once logged in to your dashboard

  3. Select '+Request Booking' at the top of the table

4. Select the service you would like to request

5. Insert the property address and details

6. Upload a floorplan or past inspection report when prompted

7. Click submit - the report will now display as 'requested and pending' on your dashboard.

8. The booking status will change to 'Confirmed' once approved by our team

9. You will receive a booking confirmation by email
